Carbon Steel Nuts are mainly made of iron, with carbon content between 0.20% and 0.60%, along with manganese (0.60–1.65%), silicon (0.15–0.35%), and small amounts of sulfur and phosphorus. This blend strikes a perfect balance of hardness, strength, and ductility. The nuts boast a tensile strength of 420–620 MPa and a yield strength of 250–350 MPa, with good elongation (15–25%).
