Carbon Steel ERW Pipes are mainly composed of iron, with carbon content between 0.12% and 0.30%, manganese ranging from 0.60% to 1.65%, silicon at 0.15% to 0.35%, and small amounts of sulfur and phosphorus. This blend strikes a perfect balance between tensile strength, hardness, and ductility. Typically, these pipes boast a tensile strength of 415 to 625 MPa and a yield strength of 240 to 350 MPa.
