Alloy Steel WP1 Pipe Fittings are prepared from a mixture of carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium, and are of very good strength and wear-resistant material. The standard composition consists of about 0.30% carbon, 0.90% manganese, and 1.00% chromium, making them highly durable. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 415-585 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 20%. These fittings demonstrate greater toughness, corrosion resistance, and ability to work under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, which make them suitable for harsh industrial use such as in oil and gas pipes.
