Alloy Steel WP91 Pipe Fittings consist mostly of Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and Carbon (C), with a usual composition of 9% Chromium and 1% Molybdenum, which gives them high strength, toughness, and resistance to heat and corrosion. Their mechanical properties are a very good tensile strength of usually 585 MPa, and a yield strength of 415 MPa. They also have high creep strength and thermal fatigue resistance, which makes them suitable for power plants and similar applications involving high pressure and high temperature. They have a hardness level of 190 to 250 HB, providing durability and long service life.
